New Service: Price Transparency Strategy & Data Dive

Understand what insurers are actually paying — and what to do with that information.

Insurance reimbursement rates don’t have to be a mystery.

This 60-minute consultation gives you access to insurance price transparency data — and expert help interpreting what it means for your practice.

We’ll review real reimbursement data, explore your specific questions, and talk through practical next steps you can take based on what the data shows.

What's included in your strategy & data session:

Price Transparency; money and piggy bank with a question mark symbolizing reimbursement rate mysteries

Who this session is for:

This session is designed for:

  • Behavioral health clinicians and group practice owners
  • Therapists working with commercial insurance plans
  • Practice owners seeking clarity on reimbursement rates, negotiation strategy, or future direction
  • Prescribing behavioral health providers, including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, who work with commercial insurers

This session is not appropriate for:

  • Medicare Advantage, EAPs, Medicaid Managed Care, or military plans
  • Non–behavioral health specialties

If you’re unsure whether your situation is a fit, please ask before booking.

How to prepare:

To make the most of our time together, please come prepared with:

  • A list of commercial insurers you want data for.
  • Clear goals:
    • What questions do you want answered?
    • What decisions are you hoping this data will inform?
  • A prioritized list of insurers and questions.
  • If you know your current rates, please have them available.
  • Please think about the level of reimbursement you’d like to achieve.

Some insurer queries take longer than others. Prioritizing helps us use the time efficiently.

Why this is a 60-minute session:

Working with price transparency data is not a quick or surface-level process. It takes time to run queries, interpret results, and connect the data to your specific goals.

For that reason, this service is offered as a single, 60-minute consultation. Shorter sessions don’t allow enough time to meaningfully review the data or answer questions.

If after reviewing the information you’re not sure you have enough questions to fill a full hour, it may be best to wait until you’re clearer on what you want from the data.

Investment:

$250 — price transparency data access fee
+ 60-minute consultation fee ($170)

Total: $420

Optional follow-up support:

Follow-up consultations are always available if you’d like help strengthening a letter to an insurance company, thinking through next steps, or reviewing new questions.

Follow-up work is scheduled and billed separately as a standard consultation when and if you’re ready.

Important terms & eligibility:

Before booking, you’ll be asked to review and agree to the full Terms & Conditions, including:

  • No guarantees regarding reimbursement outcomes.
  • Data availability varies by insurer and region. National carriers (including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna) generally have robust, reliable data. Smaller regional insurers may have limited or insufficient recent data in some geographic areas.
  • You must be the owner of the NPI/Tax ID queried (with specific exceptions outlined in the Terms).
  • Use of the data is subject to professional and legal standards.

You’ll have the opportunity to review all terms and eligibility requirements before payment.
